Data Deletion

HMK Ad Tool is operated by Hit My Key Solutions S.L. (Spain). Meta requires every app that uses Facebook Login to explain how to delete the data it holds. This page lists everything the Tool keeps and how each part goes away.

What is held, and how it goes away

  • Your account - email address, password hash, your organization and your role in it. Deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
  • Platform connections - the Meta access token and AppLovin keys your organization connected, encrypted at rest. Deleted the moment an owner or admin disconnects them in Settings → Integrations, and when the organization is deleted.
  • Sign-in security data - emailed codes, password reset links, invitations and remembered browsers, all stored as hashes. These expire on their own: codes after ten minutes, resets after an hour, invitations after seven days, remembered browsers after 30 days. Changing your password wipes every remembered browser at once.
  • Task history and creative library - which ad account or campaign each task worked on, what it created, when, any errors, and the list of creatives available to launch. Kept while your organization exists, and deleted with it.
  • Downloaded creative files. Deleted from temporary storage as soon as each file has been uploaded to Meta or AppLovin.

How to remove our access yourself

  1. Disconnect the platforms. In the app, open Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect on each connection. The stored token and keys are deleted immediately.
  2. Revoke the app on Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find this app, and choose Remove. For a Business Manager connection, do the same under Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps. The access token stops working at once.
  3. Un-share your Google Drive folders. In Google Drive, open each folder you shared, and remove our service account from its sharing list.
  4. Sign out using the button in the top right, which clears the session.

Ads, ad sets and creative sets that the Tool already created live in your own Meta and AppLovin accounts and belong to you. Deleting them, if you want them gone, is done in Meta Ads Manager or the AppLovin dashboard.

Request deletion by email

To have your account, your organization, or its task history and creative library deleted, email admin@hitmykey.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Data deletion request". Say whether you want the whole account or only part of the data. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.
