What the Tool does

On Meta, the Tool duplicates an existing ad set or campaign structure in your ad account and fills it with creatives taken from Google Drive folders you nominate. It acts under the connection your organization made - a Business Manager that granted access to specific ad accounts, or a person's own Facebook account - and grants no access to ad accounts that connection did not already have.

On AppLovin, the Tool uploads creatives from Google Drive to a connected advertiser account, and later combines the ones you select with a campaign's best-performing creatives into new creative sets inside that campaign. Creative sets are created active, and AppLovin does not allow them to be deleted or moved to another campaign through its API.

Accounts and organizations

• You sign in with your email address and a password. Keep them to yourself: anyone who can sign in as you can spend money in the ad accounts your organization has connected.
• Every account belongs to an organization. Connections are shared: once an owner or admin connects Meta or AppLovin, every member of that organization can launch with it, and can see the organization's task history and creative library. Invite only people who should have that.
• Owners and admins can invite and remove members and manage connections. Removing someone ends their access to the organization immediately.
• You must be entitled to connect the ad accounts you connect, and to use the creative material you launch.

Your responsibilities

• Everything the Tool publishes is published as your organization. You remain responsible for the ads, the spend they incur, and their compliance with Meta's and AppLovin's advertising policies and applicable law.
• Review what you are about to create before starting a task. The Tool creates real ad sets and real ads in a live ad account.
• Do not use the Tool to circumvent Meta's or AppLovin's rate limits, policies, or review processes.

Subscription and payment

• Launching requires a subscription: one per organization, covering every member, every connected ad account and as many launches as you run. The current price is shown before you confirm.
• The first 7 days of a subscription are free. A payment card is needed to start it; it is not charged during those days, and cancelling before they end costs nothing. The free days are offered once per organization.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's pages, and your card details are never sent to or stored by us. Invoices and the means of changing or cancelling are in Stripe's billing portal, reachable from Settings → Billing.
• The subscription renews until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid for runs to its end, and we do not refund part of a period.
• Without a subscription, and if a payment fails or the subscription ends, starting new tasks and connecting new accounts stop working. Nothing is removed: the ads, ad sets and campaigns already created in your ad accounts are unaffected and entirely yours, and your task history remains readable here.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; any tax Stripe is required to collect is shown at checkout.

Availability and liability

The Tool is provided as-is, with no warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It depends on the Meta Marketing API, the AppLovin API and the Google Drive API, and can be interrupted by their rate limits, outages, or policy changes. To the extent permitted by law, Hit My Key Solutions S.L. is not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue, or other indirect losses arising from use of the Tool. Tasks may fail part-way; check Meta Ads Manager or the AppLovin dashboard to confirm what was actually created.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or withdraw access at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using the Tool at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
